"Through Reaching and Teaching, I was able to help train Highland Quichua pastors in Ecuador. Many of these pastors were barely acquainted with some of the most basic beliefs of the Christian faith, such as the deity and humanity of Christ. The trip was a blessing to me. I am a pastor, but I get few opportunities to train pastors. A week-long trip with Reaching and Teaching allowed me to fulfill an aspect of my calling that I would not otherwise have been able to fulfill at this time."
-Mike Kessler, RTIM Short-term Mission Trip Participant, 2010.

"The group of about 20 pastors was hungry for the Word of God. We were in the town of Tambo in the mountains of central Ecuador teaching them 8 hours a day for a week. Walking away at the end of the week was one of the harder things I've done in my life. The need for pastoral training among indigenous church leaders worldwide is so great. The vision of Dr. David Sills and Reaching & Teaching International Ministries is to meet that need. I strongly encourage you to go and give what you have been given."
-Mark Bass, RTIM Short-term Mission Trip Participant, 2010

"and what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.” 2 Timothy 2:2
