My missions vision is driven by three primary ideas.
Jesus commissioned us to reach and teach all people everywhere, so we must study and understand the cultures of the world.
Because life is short and the need is so great, we should train trainers and teach teachers who can multiply our teaching ministry until Jesus comes.
Finally, only as Christians become aware of needs will they be moved to meet them. So, we teach, preach, and take missions teams so that they can learn how their lives can be used by God to reach, teach, and impact His world.
Each of these aspects of my missions vision is represented on this website. One of the greatest benefits of the internet is the accessibility it gives us to learn about the cultures of the world. Under the Intercultural Studies Resources section of the site you will find information on topics to help you understand the cultures of the world and the impact culture has on the practice of missions.
In order to meet the need to train trainers and teach teachers, you can find information about some of my upcoming and previous ministry trips as well as links to organizations that can enable you to fulfill your role in making disciples. Perhaps you will see information about a location or trip that the Lord uses to call you to be involved in indigenous leadership development.
It is my prayer that the various resources on this site would honor Christ by equipping His people to bring glory to Him among the peoples of the earth.
